Terri Jorgenson, RPh, BCPS, is a National Program Manager for Clinical Pharmacy Practice Integration and Model Advancement with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM), Clinical Pharmacy Practice Office. Terri graduated from Pharmacy School from Auburn University and has worked for the VA for over 20 years in a variety of leadership and front-line clinical pharmacy practice roles. She serves as a subject matter expert for Clinical Pharmacy Practice in Pain Management, Opioid Risk Mitigation, Substance Use Disorder, and Pain and Opioid Stewardship. She is faculty for VA-based clinical pharmacy boot camps in Pain management and Substance Use Disorder and a lead consultant for optimizing clinical pharmacy practice integration to improve access and outcomes. Terri has presented on Clinical Pharmacy Practice in Pain Management, Opioid Use Disorder and Opioid Stewardship for the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP), the American College of Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP), and the American Pharmacy Association (APHA). She also served on the panel for the 2018 ASHP Commission on Goals focused on Opioids and the ASHP Opioid Task Force in 2019 and is currently appointed to the ASHP Council on Pharmacy Practice.
