Matthew H. Rim, PharmD, MS, is the Associate Director of Specialty Pharmacy Services and Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC) College of Pharmacy. Dr. Rim earned his Pharm.D. from the Western University of Health Sciences and M.S. from the University of Utah while completing the PGY1/PGY2 Health-System Pharmacy Administration residency at the University of Utah Health. Dr. Rim is currently serving as Chair of the ASHP Section of Specialty Pharmacy Practitioners (2020-2021) and one of the authors of the national trends in prescription expenditures and projections, annual AJHP publications.
