He is also recipient of the College of Education’s Teaching Excellence award. A senior Fulbright professor at the University of Frankfurt (Germany), he was named a Distinguished Scholar by the International Center for Performance Excellence. He has authored six books including the award winning 5 Steps to Expert and delivered over 300 programs in 36 countries on 4 continents.
