Michelle A. Fritsch, Pharm.D., BCGP is founder of Retirement Wellness Strategies and a co-founder of Medipreneurs and Propel Comprehensive Wellness. One of her most humbling roles is initiative director of the Rapid Alliance Study Emeritus Brigade. She is passionate about prevention and healthy aging. She obtained her BS Pharmacy and PharmD degrees at Purdue University followed by a primary care residency at the William S Middleton VAMC in Madison, Wisconsin. She is a specialist in medication use and retirement transition in people over 60. Her businesses are dedicated to proactive support of healthy aging using a broad definition of health to include physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and social health. She is published in the areas of medication use in aging adults, falls risk reduction, public health, auto-immune disorders, glaucoma, workplace wellness, adherence, and medication management. Her book is, 'Preventive Maintenance for a High Mileage Life'. She is a frequent speaker on topics of healthy aging, medication use across the lifespan, medical cannabis, and opioid use combined with science of addiction. She has received two Healthcare Hero awards in two states. She is a member of ASHP since 1989 and a member of ASCP. Mostly she is a well-experienced pharmacist who loves care of aging adults!
